Return & Exchange Policy

At Eco-Daar, we value your trust. Our policy strictly adheres to the Saudi Ministry of Commerce regulations:

1. Right to Return & Exchange (Change of Mind):

   • Customers are entitled to exchange products within 7 days or return them within 3 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original, unopened packaging and unused.

   • The customer bears the shipping costs for returns/exchanges not related to a manufacturing defect.

2. Defective or Non-Conforming Products:

   • If a product is defective or does not match the description, the customer has the right to a full refund or exchange free of charge (no shipping fees) within 14 days.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Items cannot be returned if the original hygienic seal or packaging has been opened (e.g., laundry sheets) due to health and safety standards.

   • If the product is damaged due to consumer misuse or improper storage.

4. Refund Process:

   • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after the returned product has been inspected.
